Power Flow

Power Flow is a heated dynamic flow to help cultivate body awareness, strength, balance, and flexibility. It’s filled with effective exercises and challenging movements that will engage the muscles in your arms, legs, and core. This class is best for those with some yoga experience, and a baseline fitness level. It is not a beginner class.

Vinyasa Flow

This is a heated class for all levels. Linking breath to movement, you will move through fun and creative sequences that will challenge you, yet leave you feeling calm and connected. With the goal of mentally and physically letting go, you will move through dynamic patterns that you may not experience in your day-to-day.

Beginner-Friendly.

Glow with the Flow

Glow with the Flow is a heated, eclectic vinyasa class. "Vinyasa" is a Sanskrit term used to describe a broad range of yoga styles. Vinyasa can be decoded from its root words Nyasa denoting “to place” and vi denoting “in a special way.” It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath.

Buti Yoga

Buti is a vinyasa based class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique, moving your body in unique ways, on purpose. Buti is a movement methodology that breaks down barriers through primal movement, dynamic asanas, and cardio sprints. Music guides Buti classes like an internal GPS. The beat blended movement gets you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY.

Hot 26

This 60 minute heated yoga class is based on 26 traditional Hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated studio. It is a challenging series that builds strength, flexibility, and balance But is also beginner friendly! You will find a strong focus on breath and alignment in this practice. Bring water and a towel.

Yin Flow

This heated class uses a gentle vinyasa flow to warm up the body followed by restorative floor poses with breath. Floor poses are held for 5 minutes and often use props. The room is warm but not sweaty. Yin yoga invites deep somatic release in the body, and offers healing for the nervous system.
